<li>Development of comprehensive actions in several areas in order to implement an effective management culture within the organization.</li>

<p><span style="color: #2cb0ae;">RESULTS:</span></p>
<ul>

<li>As a result of this project the mistakes and unguided decisions of management were defined.  At the same time bad practices that made up the ineffective management culture were pointed out.</li>
<li>Development of principles of cooperation on the line superior-subordinate gave a real chance to increase the efficiency of operational activities.</li>
<li>It also created a motivational work environment and increased employee&#8217;s level of commitment.</li>
<li>Moreover, the meaning of the word &#8220;team&#8221; has taken on a more efficient meaning for every manager and for the entire company.</li>

<li>&gt; As a result of the project the principles and values of individual and teamwork were set out. Indicators of team success that is created by people with complementary skills were identified.</li>
