PROJECT REALISED IN ENERGY INDUSTRY

CHALLENGE:

The implementation of New Managerial Culture (NMC), what in turn results in higher effectiveness of production and business objectives

SOLUTION:

Development of comprehensive actions in several areas in order to implement an effective management culture within the organization.

RESULTS:

As a result of this project the mistakes and unguided decisions of management were defined. At the same time bad practices that made up the ineffective management culture were pointed out.
Development of principles of cooperation on the line superior-subordinate gave a real chance to increase the efficiency of operational activities.
It also created a motivational work environment and increased employee's level of commitment.
Moreover, the meaning of the word "team" has taken on a more efficient meaning for every manager and for the entire company.
